Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) companies can set up a branch in the UAE as long as the company is wholly owned by one or more GCC Nationals. Such companies can submit an application to the Department of Economic Development (DED). They do not need any clearance from the Ministry of Economy; however, some other Government departments must provide clearance.

General note: There may be slight variations in the Terms & Conditions for setting up the company in Dubai, as against rest of UAE. Please consult CSU for more details.
